FD Capital began as an affiliate of Frazier & Deeter, LLC, one of the largest and most respected Atlanta-based public accounting firms. For more than 20 years, Frazier & Deeter has served closely-held, mid-market companies with a broad range of accounting and advisory services. FD Capital was established to assist these companies with their corporate finance needs.
